What this is not. VoiceInsights supports governed evidence collection, analysis and controlled human-review workflows. It does not replace trained safeguarding professionals, survivor-support services, referral protocols or emergency response. It provides no emergency response, no survivor case management, no clinical care, no psychosocial support, no legal services and no referral service delivery. Where a project enables it, AI-assisted signals may flag a response for trained human review; they decide nothing, and they replace no one.

Each country keeps its own deployment and its own figures. A combined number appears only when the indicators behind it have been assessed comparable — otherwise the platform refuses rather than publishing a caveat.
