Documentation for the people who actually use VoiceInsights. Every guide is written against the deployed product and shows it — each screenshot carries the route it came from, the role that opened it and the day it was taken.

Start with your role

If you are new, this is the fastest route. Each guide covers what the role is responsible for, the workflows it runs, what it cannot do, and what to do when something fails.

Or start with the task

If you know what you are trying to do, the index on the left is organised by task: research design and sampling, collection and offline fieldwork, evidence and reporting, and running the platform.

Access is by invitation You cannot create your own VoiceInsights account. An organisation is approved and provisioned, and people inside it are invited by someone who holds the authority to invite them. If you are looking for sign-in details, ask whoever runs the platform in your organisation — there is no sign-up page, and that is deliberate.

What this documentation does not do

Stated precisely

  • It does not describe features that do not exist. Where a role cannot do something a reader might expect, the guide says so rather than leaving them to find out by failing.
  • The screenshots are of a demonstration organisation with synthetic data, labelled as such on every image. They are not a customer's programme.
  • This documentation is in English. The interface is available in English, Kiswahili, French, Portuguese and Arabic; these guides are not yet translated, and we would rather say so than machine-translate instructions somebody follows in the field.
